Chipotle Mexican Grill

Now this is what chipotle is supposed to taste and look like. I used to go to the one in cottman until it became a farm house. Now I come here for edible food.

1st time ever eating from a Chipotle restaurant. It was good. It was a burrito. I'd be surprised if anyone could mess that up. The store was clean and the atmosphere was jubilant.

Words can't describe how delectable the food is here, all their meats are gently tenderized to their optimum deliciousness, even my farts smelled so good the next morning lol.

I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but this is absolutely unacceptable. We went to pick up our order, and brought it all the way home only to realize the burrito that was only supposed to have white rice, steak and cheese had anything & everything thrown into it, including beans which my boyfriend is highly allergic too. To make it all better we cant get in contact with anyone for a refund. Extremely careless and lazy.

Picture this. Youre starving, google claims that they are open until 10pm. You walk in at 8:15pm and you see 4 employees huddling. No one greets you, they dont even acknowledge that youre there until you seek for help. Then they say sorry, online orders only because we are closing soon Like an hour and 45 mins soon? Like if you dont have a phone you cant eat? Like who runs a place like that?
