Tried to go in to pick up delivery order and was polite to the staff but they were rude, I didnt even care how long the wait was Im not gonna put up with that kind of behavior so I left and will never do another delivery from here again.

Order food to go. Got there when it was supposed to be ready. Waited 25 minutes after it was ready and didnt see any one in the Togo area for about 15 minutes. Had to get the bartenders attention and someone from the front and they both said they dont deal with that. Got my food. And was missing an entire burger and fries. Missing an extra side salad. Got a kids milk and got chocolate milk. Called and waited for the Togo line and no one picked up. Then when I went through the phone tree to a different line and talked to someone and was hun up on.

I had what was the most traumatic and ridiculous experiences when I attended Chili's on 3/27/2024 for dinner. While waiting for our meal, we noticed that there was an individual who seemed houseless being let in by staff. She was placed in the back of the restaurant. We didn't really think much of this at first we thought Chili's was going to give her a free meal, which would have been amazing. BUT instead, the staff began feeding her leftovers and scraps from the meals of prior customers. Staff members proceeded to laugh at her while watched her scarf down what were essentially remnants of half-eaten food. This is not the worse thing that occurred, It gets much worse. Upon ambulating to leave the restaurant, the woman grabbed at a patron's plate swiping their food. As retaliation, someone who looked like the manager forcefully grabbed her by the shoulders and slammed her to the ground. She was not violent towards anyone. Patrons, staff, and the manager mocked her as she squirmed around on the floor unable/unwilling to stand up. It was truly one of the saddest things I have ever witnessed. I will never eat at a Chili's due to this grotesque and horrible behavior perpetrated towards another human being. I will implore my friends and family to avoid this specific Chili's at all costs.
