Im a first time homebuyer. I am a really nervous person and Lindsay made everything so easy for me! 10/10 would recommend. In addition to having a very calm demeanor, Lindsay is knowledgeable about her field and gave me very clear instructions about what to look out for when house hunting. After I found a house I wanted to put an offer on, she continued to hold my hand throughout the rest of the process. She was EXTREMELY responsive to texts, calls and emails. And everything worked out. Im typing this in my new house! Thank you Lindsay!

From spending a few years perusing the market via Lindsays amazing Instagram (@homebodyphl) to actually going through the home search & buying process with her, its safe to say I wouldnt have made the leap without her! Lindsay was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She made something daunting feel manageable and even exciting. She listened to what I was looking for, and after only a handful of listings, we made it happen. Not to mention, shes built a great network of other well-intentioned, helpful folks who came into play throughout the home buying journey, making it so easy for me.

I cannot possibly say more good things about Lindsay. My boyfriend and I were first-time home buyers and terrified about the process of buying a house. Lindsay was not only so nice and understanding about our confusion with the process, but she was also immensely helpful. On our first, introductory call, Lindsay went through the entire process with me at a bird's eye view, in a way that somehow did not feel overwhelming. She gave me a step-by-step guide on how the process would work and where I needed to start. Once we started touring houses, she was so helpful, pointing out things in the houses that I never would have thought to care about. She was also not pushy whatsoever. If I said I wasn't feeling good about a place, she told us to keep our heads up, explained that the process can be frustrating, and reminded us not to invest in something we don't love. Overall, Lindsay was spectacular, and I highly recommend her for everyone, but especially if you are a first-time homebuyer.
