        I've been going to this place since I was a kid. They have a rewards program where you buy 12 specials you get one free. I bought my 12th one and asked the Black guy, Here is my card. Can I get my free one? He responded, Sure, you bought 12. A white guy comes, No, he has to wait until next time. I responded, What is the difference between today and tomorrow? The card says to purchase 12 to get one free. I did that. He says, Well, that's our policy. I said, Okay, cool refund me my money. Another white employee on the side says, Don't give him his money back. What are doing that for? This is how you guys treat loyal customers? It would make sense to put your policy on your rewards card to avoid these situations. I'm just saying.
