Here is an honest review: for my commercial 8-unit refinance, Kevin Whisler and Dan Timmins were exceptional, more like mortgage ROCK STARS! They took on a loan that 2 other brokers couldn't get done, gave me a good rate, and closed in, I think, under 30 days, which was amazing. Very fast with providing quotes and communication was solid in the beginning. Got towards closing communication was off and all of a sudden there was an issue with the property that was not explained from the beginning. If you choose to let them service your loan have a plan-b

IFC has funded one acquisition/construction loan for me and we have 2 more in progress. Chris and Megan have been my point of contacts. They have both done a phenomenal job getting our first transaction across the finish line without any hiccups on their end. In fact, there were multiple issues with title on the sell side and IFC stayed engaged and ready to transact the entire time up until the close. Thanks Chris, Megan and the rest of the IFC team!
