They were professional and efficient and I can't thank them enough for their wonderful personalities and helpfulness. The entire moving process, from the accurate estimate to delivery was a great experience.

I booked with helping hand Philly for 2 people to unload my belongings. Darryl with helping hands Philly was fine until he began requesting full payment even though one out of two of his employees wasnt on site yet to offload my belongings. Darryl called us aggressive and didnt handle things well. Then he went on a rant about how the business feeds his family. This is of no concern to me as Im paying for a service I expect it to be what I paid for. Helping hands Philly needs to get their business in order before harassing paying customers while they have unreliable staff.
