My experience here was fine. The receptionist and the technician were friendly and courteous. The place itself is in need of a good cleaning and sprucing up but as far as the reason I was there-it was a very good experience

They got me the appointments I needed right away. They were prompt, professional and very caring. I truly appreciated not being in a tube and if I need an MRI again this is where I would go.

No one answers phones, they were 2 hours late for my appointment and the carpet is nasty. But the workers were nice while I was there.

I dont know where to begin. Ill start with the Pros and then cons. The Technicians are wonderful there are three. Joe, Mark, and Brian. Very patient, very informative, and very generous if you are running a little late. For the best care, in regards to scheduling or standard questions speak to the receptionist Kathy and/or Beverley. But that is the ONLY pro. The place is filthy, infested with roaches, and the patient bathroom always smells like poop. The MRI machine is constantly smoking from being overheated and the owner refuses to get it fixed, or update the machine. (My sincerest condolence to the patient who was inside the machine when it started smoking) Because the machine would overheat the back door had to be open to the facility, (which didnt stop the overheating) and the smoke from the restaurant nearby enters, random cats would run through the building while patients are inside the machine. (My deepest condolence to the patient who was inside of the machine at the time)If you have a court case due to workers comp or a car accident Good luck getting any kind of medical record. The person in charge of this department as well as Human Resources is Jennifer Crespo. You would have more luck talking to a rock than getting a response out of her. There have been multiple cases where the radiologist read a patients chart wrong such as saying a Male patient has ovaries(something a women has) or completely having the MRI done on the wrong side of your body. In most cases patients appointment were cancelled the day before due to the insurance department not having the job done correctly and patients dont have the money to pay 1200 out of pocket for the MRI. To all my Patients of color and disabled patients you will be judged and talked about harshly in front of other patients. Now working at this facility. As an Employee Listen to me. DO NOT APPLY. Please yall especially if you are a person of color. The manager is very young(which is not to say young people cant be in power) but she is not qualified or stable enough for this position. She calls out at least twice a week for a mental health day will ask you to come back from your break 30 minutes early so she can take her 2 hour break. I had my mother call in to state I was in the hospital due to a major car accident where I had sustained a concussion. Melanie, the manager, stated she didnt believe me because she looked up car accidents on 95 and didnt see my car listed. (Photo included) Melanie gossiped with me on multiple occasions about other co-workers being abused by their partners. After being asked to stop. On multiple occasions Melanie mentioned her personal private life, who she shares with a black male. Melanie told me she would spit on this black man as if, I myself, am not black. Melanie and staff vape in the office. While patients sit in the waiting room. There will be times where you will not have a working printer or fax machine. There will be times when your hours are cut because the MRI machine is shut down due to the smoking issue. If you the employee do not clean the office it will remain the same and or worse. There will be times where you do about 82% of the work and other colleagues leave whenever they want, but youre written up. There will be times where you have the do the workload of 3 people. There will be times when vacations that you have requested time off for months in advanced will be declined. There will be times where you cant reach The manager, The director, or HR. The manager is very forgetful and will get you in trouble for something she told you to do. (ALWAYS keep notes in your account so that you have proof for everything). The list goes on and on.
