        I shouldn't of listened to the the reviews.....just horrible experience all around. Deceptive services and terrible customer service, my laptop actually arrived before I could reach anyone on the phone or get a reply email, and the email was about the order and sent immediately after order! I get delays but one week turnaround to reply to an important email about an order placed!?!? Laptop is meh, doesn't even have a light that goes on when charging, hopefully it's charged will be turning on later seeing if this scratched up thing even works. Buyer be warned. Save yourself the headache.
