        I want there to take Drug test, Urine and a hair sample when it was time to cut my hair they give me a razor and made me cut my own hair I cuz my self really bad y she there looking saying they need more hair no mirrors or nothing never going back there

        I needed to have a physical and one step PPD done. As soon as the office opened the ladies went right to work having everyone sign in and on to whatever they needed done. The visit was quick I was in and out under a hour. I returned in 2 days for the follow up once again in and out . My only issue I was unable to get a copy of my physical because it needed to be signed by the Dr. I was told to call back the next day to request to have it emailed to me .its a week latter and Im still calling the office to request a copy .

        The address was not easy to find, and the wait for the drug test was too long. The person taking the drug test didn't seal my test in front of me but wanted me to sign off, that isn't protocol and very disappointing.
