        My father was here and was admitted and was in the cup building from the moment we were in the emergency department from the time he was admitted it has been nothing, but unprofessional employees from the security guard to the nurses, their bedside manners were nonexisting no compassion very disappointed experience is safe to say we will not return.

        Drove from Newyork to see my Aunt today, when I approached the security desk to get my pass, I informed him that I was claustrophobic and ask to take the stairs. I was then directed to another security guard in a white shirt, who made a joke of my condition and told me to have a seat he will be back. After 15 min of waiting, I decided to go sit in the car. I have never been so humiliated in my life, I drove 3hrs to be disrespected because I am afraid to be in tight places. I strongly suggest giving classes on respect.
