I had a great year working with Charles. The experience felt truly personal, tailored to my goals and needs. I achieved the results I was looking for. He's highly knowledgeable about all things fitness. While I'm taking a break for now, I plan to return and continue this journey with him.

Training with Charles has been different than any gym experience Ive had. FitWarrior provided new techniques and equipment that I did not have access to before. One of Charles strengths is providing a program that never gets old or stale, he was responsive, attentive and patient from the start and has coached me to be more body aware, knowledgeable and motivated on my own fitness journey that hits my own mental, physical and emotional well being.

I've been coming to Charge for about 2 months now and I look forward to every workout! It's different everytime and Charles does a great job of making the workouts comprehensive and interesting. Great group of people and a nice community to stay in shape with!

Great coaches and program. I love how each class is a unique and inventive approach to fitness. I have definitely seen an improvement in my overall fitness goals since joining 6 months ago.
