Domino's Pizza

Very unprofessional. Being busy and understaffed is understandable. Lying and saying you delivered food and then not picking up the phone, that's stealing. Not making this mistake again.

Everyone says they're so bad, they are underpaid. I went there when I was having a mental breakdown in the middle of the night to get some pizza, was immediately greeted by someone who happened to be facing the door, even though he was busy making pizza. I got to the register and they asked if I needed time to decide. When I was ready they let me know about the promotions going on. I asked for a time estimate and they were honest and said because of the online orders and deliveries it would be about 15-20mins. They had joked with me about ordering a Wisconsin 6 cheese, and how I like my cheddar. They made me feel better even as the themselves were so busy. An old man does deliveries and he handed me the pizza and opened the door wishing me to enjoy the pizza. Really good customer service from the night shift, they literally hold down the ground with 3 people and 1 delivery man. Tip them well, and if dominos reads this, they need a raise.

please dont make the same mistake i did. i ordered yesterday, nowhere near close to closing time, a singular large pizza. it took hours to leave the store and was almost immediately marked as delivered when it did. i called the store and was told itd be here soon, they were just having issues with the tracker system but it just never came. i figured it was just a fluke and tried again tonight and the exact same thing happened except this time nobody picked up my calls. i received a free pizza in exchange for yesterdays incident and i was fine with that because thats all i ordered anyway. but today i ordered two pizzas and a desert and am still only being offered a free pizza? definitely wont be making this mistake again

THERE SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE ZERO BUTTON!!!!!!!! ORDERED MY FOOD AT 6:45, WHICH CONTAINED 7 ITEMS....THEY DELIVERED 1 OUT OF MY SEVEN ITEMS AT 7:43. I CALLED AT 7:45 AND WAS TOLD HUSEYIN WOULD RETURN RIGHT AWAY WITH MY COMPLETE ORDER. FAST FORWARD TO 8:13, I CALLED BACK TO SEE WHERE MY ORDER WAS, I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 9 MINUTES AND NO ONE CAME BACK TO THE PHONE. I HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK AND WAS ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES!!! I HAD TO GET UP, PUT MY CLOTHES BACK ON AND GO TO THEIR STORE. THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS, NO LONG LINES, SO COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE COULD ANSWER MY CALL! I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND MY FOOD FOR MY INCONVENIENCE AND THEY ONLY WANTED TO GIVE ME MY FOOD. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER.MEANWHILE, THE STAFF ARE LAUGHING AND BRAGGING ABOUT BOTH THEIR MANAGERS BEING OFF SO THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! FROM THE LOOKS OF THESE OTHER REVIEWS, IT SEEMS AS IF THIS IS A REGULAR OCCURRENCE FOR THEM. HOWEVER, I'M NOT LETTING THIS GO! I WORK TOO HARD FOR MY MONEY TO HAVE DOMINOS OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT! DOMINOS, 4600 ROOSEVELT BLVD...COUNT YOUR DAYS!!!

Never received my order they said my phone number wasnt right but didnt have the balls to tell me they were not going to bring my food back rather they would most likely eat it because they would be closing soon. Dont order from here.
