Jen Golden is awesome. Down to Earth, and knows her stuff. She really has a knack for finding great homes, but she will let you pick some ugly properties so she can figure out what you really want. She helped my sisters find both of their homes. They were gems that would've been missed by others. We did not buy a home with her unfortunately, but that was because we ended up needing a home in DE's Brandywine School District. She is our only option for friends and family looking in and around Philly. We'll be calling her when it's time for the forever home in PA.
