Century21 Forrester Real Estate helped us acquire an investment property a few years ago. I can't say enough great things about Century 21 Forrester Real Estate. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. Kept me informed during the whole process and guided me through the whole process to help kickstart our real estate investment portfolio. C21 Forrester did such a great job, we retained them to manage our properties through their property management services also. Their property management services are top notch also. We have recommended them to other investors and they are all happy with their services. We highly recommend Century21 Forrester Real Estate for all your real estate needs.

If you're buying/selling anything in Passyunk (or Philly for that matter) go here. Michael Giordano and his father are father are a phenomenal team and they will help you with any of your realty needs. They are honest and and knowledgeable. 5/5 stars

I owned a store on the avenue for a bit and rented from them. The most responsive and professional real estate company I have dealt with in Philadelphia. They set the bar and I wouldnt expect anything less on Passyunk Ave. My experience was great and I hope to make it back to the avenue again someday hopefully with them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Looking for a rental is tough enough in Philadelphia, this place isn't helpful one bit. I had made an appointment to tour a place with an agent named Donna. After showing me the apartment I asked about the application process. I sent her all the appropriate documents. She then told me I needed to send 45$ for an application feee, then she would be able to submit my application. I personally went to the office, submitted the fee and was never given a receipt, even when I asked for one. I was told there were many applicants but they are going thru them and someone will be in touch with me within the week. A week had passed and I heard nothing. Later I saw the listing had been taken down. When I called the agent, she never got back to me. They appear to only want money, and there is no follow through!!!!!
