Working with Evan was an amazing experience. As a first time buyer, he eased our anxious energy with his vast knowledge base of surrounding neighborhoods, availability to tour potential homes, and honest feedback when discussing properties. Because of our positive experience, we are quick to throw Evans name out to friends and family looking to get their feet into the market. Several months after meeting Evan, we are settling into our new home!

Evan is truly the best. Simply put, working with Evan was extremely easy. As a first time home buyer, who was a bit indecisive, Evan was very calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He was easily able to help us narrow our search (both in geographic areas and styles of homes) and was always available to answer every question we had (large or small). After finding our home, Evan continued to make the process from offer to closing day easy. He was always prepared and one step ahead, which allowed us to be relaxed and confident throughout the process. I could not more highly recommend Evan to anyone searching for a home.

Evan is an incredible person who is very dedicated and amazing at his job. We had a lengthy months-long house hunt that began on the west coast before our move and continued after we moved. During that time we messaged Evan on nights, weekends, set up remote showings via FaceTime, you name it. Evan was always responsive, patient and effective at getting us what we needed to make the best decision possible for us. And yes, at long last, our hunt did end successfully- we got a good deal on a very nice house that checked all of our boxes. Then, once we were under contract, he was instrumental in helping us first time homebuyers navigate all the land mines between contract and close. Hes truly great! Plan to work together with him again and would recommend him to anyone.
