        So, I'm don't giving this particular location a chance. The 1 day I get it if with early, and I stopped by at 5:28 PM(store closes @6 pm), and the door's locked. An employee wonders out from the back, like she just got out of bed...ignores me at 1st, then finally signals they're closed. There are hours posted anywhere, except online. Their Manhattan location employees greeted me, & was engaging. On principle alone I'll make my next purchase there or online.

        Showed up at 11 am a member answered the phone and informed me they will not be opening until the manger gets there at 11:15 when on the site the operation hours are from 10-7 . This is very inconvenient I have paid for parking I waited in a lot of traffic and the only excuse is the irresponsibility of the team, specifically management.
