Interesting to see all of the comments that are positive - nice to hear but hasn't been my experience at all in the YEARS I've been trying to see if I like Allen Edmonds. Each time I've gone there, I haven't even been so much as acknowledged when I've been in the store - even as they were helping customers, not even so much as a "we'll be with you in a minute". I've even gone when there hasn't been anyone there, and the staff just goes about their business. I thought it was me but mentioned this to someone else and they had the same experience. So third try, established that I really, really, really dislike Allen Edmonds. Sorry gang, Sherman Brothers was a lot nicer. I wonder if it's just this store. I don't think I dress like a vagabond...

Really good experience at this store. I went to get fitted for dress shoes and Ruell was very knowledgeable and helpful. Having not known anything about what sizes I needed he ran me through everything. Shoes are also great quality

Gary helped me and was incredible! I was all customer service was like this. He had expert knowledge on every shoe, was patient going through every size that might work for me, and was happy to order the right size when it wasn't available in-store. Amazing!!!
