F45 Training Northern Liberties

I tried out all the gyms in my area and this is by far the most effective, fun, and energizing workout I've had. 5 stars!

I have tried every workout class under the sun and F45 is my number 1. Not only are these classes great this Nolibs location is the best. Will always get a class in when I can here!

I hate exercising, so lets start there! I have anwful arthritis and moving fast or jumping around generally I say hell no to. But because the studio is convenient (literally right by my house), I gave it a shot. What makes this different and why do I keep showing up? Helpful trainers, a sense of community, no judgement (literally all levels attend!), helpful modifications, and good music. Im determined to get to 25, 50, 100 classes and beyond and continue getting stronger.

I really enjoy this F45 location! Theres the typical great variety in workouts but paired with a strong community feel.

Love having the coaches there to help with your form and motivate you, and the energy in the room is unmatched.
