It's a bit of a drive for me to get there, but worth it as the team there is polite, respectful and competent every time I go there for service.

Everyone at Videon is very supportive and responsive to me and my Avalanche! From the lady that answers the phone to the maintenance and service personnel! Jack is especially efficient and always helps with any questions I have. I have to also mention the person who cleans my truck after it has some maintenance that requires staying over a day or two.My truck looks brand new! Great employees! Give them all a raise! Thank you!

I have recently had issues with the Service Department at Videon and I think it's time to find a new mechanic! Most recently, I returned from a trip out of town to find I had a dead battery on my truck. I took it to them for the second time in a year and asked to find out what was drawing my battery down. The last time they gave me a new battery and said that would take care of it. I had the dead battery 3 times after that. I cannot leave the truck more than 4 to 5 days without having a dead battery. Plays hell when you're in airport parking! So I took it back to them. I was also having problems with my cruise control and asked specifically to change the brake switch (a usual problem with getting the cruise control engagement). They informed me that there was no draw down on the battery and that my cruise control was fine and they charged me $113 for nothing. Later that same evening while driving on the PA Turnpike my cruise control wouldn't engage and I am certain that I will face a dead battery issue if I don't run the truck for a few days. Having spent several thousand dollars at this Dealer, I now have to say I now have a trust issue with their service.
