        After calling with concerns about my art work I got connected with Brock who assured me my ads were in process and would be installed soon. I got a call back today from Brock, informing me that my ads had been delivered and installed. I had already forgotten about this and felt it was great service, and kind of rare now a days, to get a call back with this update and help. Thanks Brock!
