Absolutely love these beautiful , spacious and modern apartments. The management is very responsive and understanding. My daughter was living alone for her first time and the security and management put me at ease.

Lived here for over a year and loved it - only moving as I am leaving Pittsburgh. Chris and Lisa run a great property and will miss calling this place home. Great location, large units, and high quality fittings.

This apartment was great! I had just moved to Pittsburgh and it was in a nice and safe area. It was also close enough to lower Lawrenceville which was a great walk. The apartment was new and the leasing agent and landlord were always very quick to respond. Any issues that would arise were also fixed promptly. Could not have asked for a better experience! Also would like to add that the other tenants were friendly and kind!

I lived here for the past year! Great management company and just overall very friendly! My dog and I enjoyed our time both in the Strip District along with this building, safe and walkable area but far enough away that street parking is both free and more open!

I genuinely had a pleasant experience here, until I got to the end of my lease. The landlords are VERY money hungry. If they can find one reason to charge you, trust me, they will. Pros, its a nice location, but thats about all I can say, thats primarily all youre paying for. Cons, $1,800 a month, with zero amenities, hot showers that last maybe 15 minutes, the dryer takes about four cycles to actually dry your clothes, and if the power goes out, you cant get in the front door with your key fob. Not to mention, good luck finding street parking, and if you cant, dont bother parking in their parking lot overnight because they will ask if you would like to pay $150 a month for a spoteven though the gym members park in their lot everyday for free and they do nothing about it. Overall, poor experience and I dont recommend. You will end up paying more than expected because the landlords make up different fees throughout your lease. If you plan on moving in here, dont expect to get any of your security deposits back because the landlord will keep it all.
