Bedford Hill Apartments

Havent slept ok a rainy night/day since moving in. Got me about to lose my damn job! This dripping can be heard with all windows closed on both floors!!! I sleep with everyone off so turning the tv or anything on doesn't work but of course they're not going to fix it... we know very well why. Yay no sleep AGAIN just panic attacks bipolar episodes! Sis gave me a lawyer to contact today!

Just steps away from downtown Pittsburgh. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Some tenants aren't respectful of others and/or property.

Teresa got me backed up in rent this program paid everyones rent to a zero balance. However, once they pay my rent, Teresa never sent out a letter stating what my rent was going to be for the upcoming month. She waited three months and sent out a letter stating that I owe almost $3000 once I went up to the rental office to address the situation I asked Teresa why didnt she send a letter before it got this far she then made a rude face. We were having words I continued to ask her. Why didnt you send a letter before as we were having words she asked me to leave and then stated that she was going to watch me leave. Then she proceeded to asked another worker. To call the police he stated he wasnt because I was leaving. She then followed me to the door and stated pay your bills which is not her place now Im stuck with paying $1214 is my rent because of my income on top of a $700 balance from her mistake. She is very rude unprofessional. She have no communication skills at all. If she would communicate with us as tenants better we can all get along I grew up her in this neighborhood hood and she the only person I had problems with she very angry on top of this some lady burnt down our whole row and they left me and my kids homeless for 3 months my job paid for us to stay in the hotel for one month we was sleeping on my sisters floor and in recliner chairs in her 2 bedroom duplex for 2 months they gave the house I asked for to another tenant the 4 bedroom when he was in a 3 and they had plenty on different properties they did me wrong my 2 sons got disabilities and cant be in the same room. I told them that they still put me in a handicap duplex my 2 boys are 24,18 and my daughter 13 I found out they had a debate on who they was gonna move in the 4 bed room on Erin st when they knew I needed it they act as if it wasnt they property its sad how they doing me they said he didnt have nowhere to go neither did we me and my kids was sleeping on floor and reclining chairs for 2 months I also asked if I can move back in my 4 bedroom unit after it was rebuilt they said no as if it was our fault Im over this property I want out and teresa keep putting me in a jam she has caused me serious stress Im a emotional wreck this lady is no good i wanna move but she got me owing all this money for her miscommunication I wanna talk to corporate and they keep giving me the rent office number this is sad!!!! I never wanted to move from a place so bad I love the houses but every since Teresa came its been a problem I promise I lived up there in the same 4 bedroom before the the lady burned them down for 5 years and never had a problem with rent or owed that much its crazy until now shes very messy and unprofessional.
