        What a fantastic facility! From the directors to the front desk, every stakeholder at The Residence of Whitehall was amiable, professional, and polite. The residents were seemed equally as pleasant. Looks like a great place to spend time with loved ones.

        It was such a hard decision to move my parents to a senior community living style but it was the BEST thing I ever did for them! The place and the people could not have asked for anything better. The life enrichment director (Lori) is amazing! She keeps everyone busy, entertained and happy. They play games, have happy hours, and have a nice community feeling where everyone looks out for each other. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great home for their parents or for themselves.

        My father was here briefly back in the spring of 2022 and had the worst experience ever. The staff is totally inept, not trained and incompetent and management is ill equipped to provide a care plan for the loved one. They talk a good game and like to show off how nice the place is but the care is a joke.
