        Nice green area where dogs or kids could play (careful where you step). Area is not enclosed so dogs should respond well to commands or they may be likely to run off on the trail chasing after hikers. Generally mt Washington residents use the area.

        If you can muster yourself out of bed and get you and your dog to this field, its a beautiful place to watch the sun rise.
