        Todays service was horrible - almost 4 hours for inspection and tire rotation, and if I hadnt asked what was taking so long after 3.75 hours, Im sure I would have waited longer. No excuse.

        Im a woman who likes to handle her own car issues and made service appt to have the AC looked at for not blowing cold air. The young tech at the desk started mansplainig the different AC settings- defrost, face vent only, floor and face vents, etc. and let me know it won't blow cold air on my feet if it's on the defrost or face vent only setting (uh, yeah, that's how those settings work). Dont think this would have happened if my husband were with me

        I made my appointment a month in advance for emissions, inspections, and oil change. Instead of a day they took two weeks and I called five times across six days all I got were evasive answers. If I didn't check the before and after odometer I would have thought they were renting it out.
