Tiffany Griffith was new lazy lady. I have been making car payments on my car twice drive through twice. This tiffany lady told me I cannot make payments drive through because I have to make cash advance first. I asked her if she is new and yes she was new. They dont know what they are doing. Go wash your face and come to work fresh. Everyone is so unprofessional and lazy here completely ignore.

My favorite NW branch. The manager is great. The tellers are funny, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Hours are convenient. Location is easily accessible. The customer support line is super supportive and responsive.
