I was quoted $89 to program the trailer lights on a Grand Cherokee. When it was done I was charged $160 for .2 hrs of labor. Great Place, Great people. Poor labor quotes.

I have recently like last week October and early November 2023 been calling to make a appointment for my jeep, heres the breakdown I called and no one answered in the service or operator and I left a message three time on different days with no callback.i then call the number again and got sales and explain the issue and he said they been very busy but he assured me they would call back!! Well they didnt, so I called again to sales since no one answered the others again and he took my name and phone number and again assured me I would get a call back. Total days and calls been over 7 days not counting weekends. Im not sure whats going on there but my level of confidence fell a lot with the dealership. I guess customers doesnt matter anymore as they must feel. Its a shame because I did really like this dealership until now. I would definitely reconsider buying my next jeep here if I cant ever get it serviced.
