Working with Bill Egan is a real treat. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. This year, we met some challenges of my own doing with how I'd classified some things that caused us some extra time and work (mostly extra for Bill) and he handled it with the utmost of Grace. I already was singing Bill's praises and have made multiple Referrals to him, but after this Tax Season, I am even more confident I have the right match for me in an Accountant. Bill takes the time to make sure you understand how things impact your business as well as to explain the process to making certain updates yourself in your Accounting Software. As Bill also has access to my QuickBooks Online, he is able to support me and even point out how I can be better at Transaction Management, Chart of Accounts, and provides sold advice overall. As a Small Business Owner, Bill's expertise is so supportive and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Bill is extremely responsive, even during busy Tax Season. He always goes above and beyond and is a critical part of my business I can't do without! When I got to the point of being ready to save for Retirement as a Business Owner, he supported me there too, and also does our Personal Taxes!
