I dont know what is going on. I dont do stuff like this (complaining) but I dont know why else to do. I have been calling these guys non stop for 3 months recently with no response. They have had my computer since August 2021. At first I was getting updates and thats all I ask for. Now I cant get ahold of anyone and I want my computer back. Hopefully the money I was charged was at least used to get the parts they said they ordered for me. I dont know what to do at this point. I want my computer back!!!

Never come here. I gave this place my Lenovo laptop to be fixed years ago.. number 1 they worked on for many months and never took the time to fix it.. then They apparently got robbed. Many laptops were stolen. They received insurance money and never compensated me at all. Never called, never made an attempted to do anything. Thats illegal.. Ive made many attempts to talk with Nick the Owner and by his actions he refuses to do anything about it. To this very day. I did not get a refund, my laptop back, or any compensation whatsoever. Ive talked to the owner on several occasion.. he assured me that he take care of everything. Never once reached out to me.. Nick I will see you and talk to you again. Trust me. You received insurance money for stolen things and failed to reach out to people about it. You stated that out of your own mouth. For a small business or any business its horrible to do something like this. Everything Ive said are facts.. I have no reason or purpose to make this post and lie.. Nick will make every excuses and justification in the book... The owner could care less about his clients.

Under no circumstances should you go here. Two years ago I dropped off a laptop here. I paid for the repairs. As of today I still have not received my laptop and for the past year I have been requesting the owner to refund me for the incorrect parts he ordered. Not once in this past year have I ever been able to get into contact with the owner. Instead I have had to talk to an unrelated employee who I refuse to treat poorly. The owner of this store does not care about his employees or his customers. Go literally anywhere else and you will have a better chance at getting your computer repaired.

Pretty decent service, had a problem with my pc didn't know what, they figured it out and then emailed me about it, ordered a new part I needed then they replaced the old one and boom pc fixed, everyone is super nice and friendly, only compliant was the time it took for everything but I guess I just had really bad timing on when I took my pc in, a month has passed still dont have my pc back yet I know the owner had family business going on but I was hoping someone would at least keep the store open just so I could drop by and get my pc. Even with that said as long as I get it back soon I'll bump this review up and 100% consider going back for any future problems with my pc. EDIT: got it back next day, again solid service super nice people would recommend
