I recently had implants done by Dr. Sabatini at PPI Greentree. The experience was awesome and Dr. Sabatini was so wonderful to work with. Being a dentalphobic, he was very friendly, kind, super patient and gentle and just plain good at what he does. He explained the procedure and what to expect and answered any and all questions that I had and there were many. He had me feeling very comfortable about the process and procedure. The finished product looks great and I have received many compliments on how natural they look. Should I need to have other implants placed in the future, I will not use anyone else. I highly recommend Dr. Sabatini and PPI for all implant needs. You will be very pleased with the end result.

Look for other methods before risking implants. I paid $18,000 to Pittsburgh Precision Implants for 4 implants and they screwed me up. My surgery was in January and 11 months later half of my lower lip is still numb and the teeth behind it hurt to bite with because they screwed the implant in too far and pinched the nerve. I also have sores on my tongue and cheek from sharp edges and a cross bite cause by the implants. I recently went back to see the surgeon to see what he could do and got charged $55 and all he did was grind off 1 sharp edge and turned it into a rough edge and told me the only way to fix the cross bite that he made was to get braces on my other teeth. I have lost 25 lbs because I hate to eat now.
