        If I could give zero stars I would. First off, I’d like to start by saying that Dr. Schwartz is a great dentist. However, the customer service at his office is absolutely horrid. I called during this quarantine for a simple question. The two people I talked to at his office were extremely rude and unprofessional. The one person just continually repeated the same thing over and over again. Then wanted to give me 2 year old records. As I was professional on the phone, I expected the same in return. However, I was extremely insulted and disappointed. For this reason, I contacted 412 dental, it’s staff was extremely friendly and helped me resolve the situation quickly. Take notes. How you treat people is important.
