Pittsburgh dental Spa

I highly recommend Pittsburgh Dental Spa if youre looking for a dentist. The front desk staff, as well as all of the dentists & dental hygienists have always been extremely professional and so kind. Before any work is needed, they always check your insurance coverage to let you know in advance what your out-of-pocket expense will be. I had a few crowns done a few weeks ago; I had to go back to have them look at everything & today was the first time I have worked with Joni & Dr Kelley and they were absolutely wonderful. Joni was so kind and patient with me and Dr Kelley was fabulous!! Dr Runco has done such a wonderful job with all of his staff & other doctors - you can tell everyone truly cares.

I underwent IV sedation a couple days ago to have a couple root canals handled. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at the Pittsburgh Dental Spa. Dr. Bicke, the anesthesiologist, was absolutely phenomenal. He was patient, understanding, and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it Actually, the entire team was nothing but caring and made sure that I was taken the best care of. My boyfriend even told me that when he came back to see me after they were all done working on me, they had covered me up with a blanket to make sure I was comfortable. besides the normal discomfort, I am doing fine and have had no complications. I highly recommend the Pittsburgh, Dental Spa and the entire team there, especially if you have crippling anxiety like me.

I've been afraid of dentist my whole life until 1 day by chance .I never leave reviews but this one should have been made years ago. Now instead of being afraid of the dentist ,i look forward to it lol Since coming here I have NEVER let another dentist touch my teeth....Dr.Runco is by far the best Dentist ANYONE could ever ask for ,his 1# concern is helping his Patience get the outcome they hoped for ..TVs above your head that you watch to Distract you and staff members that of are Very pleasant and help you Feel at ease.I personally appreciate everything they have done for me and continue to do ....

In my 27 years Ive never had a good dental experience aside from routine (no cavity) ones as a kid. 15 years of depression and several bad experiences caused a real lapse in my proper dental care. A friend encouraged me to schedule at the dental spa. Im so glad she did. The staff was incredibly friendly and nonjudgmental from start to finish. When I found out I needed a root canal and had a cavity I was stressed. My last cavities, the Novocain didnt take and I felt EVERYTHING. My last root canal, it wore off half way through and i felt everything. I opted to do nitrous in addition to Novocain to try and make it a better experience for myself. Once again, every person I encountered was so kind. My lapse in dental care wasnt something I was made to feel bad about. They were just glad I was ready to get it taken care. The doctor was so kind and did such great work. During the entire procedure I never felt pain, just pressure which was a huge difference from my past experiences. Ill never go anywhere else and Im no longer afraid of the dentist.

Really a great experience, I have a tremendous amount of anxiety and a list of bad experiences associated with other dentist visits. They were caring and gentle without feeling condescending. Staff was extremely friendly and I left feeling much better about my teeth not only squeaky clean but already having scheduled follow up appointments knowing what a good experience that it can be over all.
