Had a great experience with New Alliance. They set me up with a line of credit to finance a new business venture. Whole process couldn't have been easier and they couldn't have been nicer.

I have become a very happy client of New Alliance Federal Credit Union. Not customer, but client. They work with and for you rather than making you feel worked like you can at other banks. I eagerly watched the renovation project on Butler Street here in Lawrenceville. I called the phone number on the banner and was connected to Jeff Tumsis, Director of Business Development and Community Relations. Over time we got to know one another. Meeting on occasional Fridays after he would help do food deliveries to those in need locally through Lawrenceville United. That effort as well as many other ways New Alliance FCU has engaged in the this neighborhood led them to being recently acknowledged as Community Partner of the Year. A few weeks ago, Jeff and his team helped my father and I refinance an investment property at a very competitive rate with great terms. I have now opened multiple accounts and made many recommendations for folks to invest there. In the banking world - New Alliance FCU is an ally to anyone in the counties they serve. They treat everyone with dignity, respect, and appreciation for the opportunity to help with their financial aspirations.
