These Guy's are absolutely the best Ron and his staff are so professional beyond belief, I hired them to handle plant and delivery for my Sister's Memorial Service, plants looked lovely sashes were beautiful, I also have them booked to do my Wedding Reception table flowers, aboard the Gateway Clipper Fleet Boat ( Duchess)..once again I was/am truly satisfied..my family also sends accolades

I never had nicer Costomer service . I had a special need and request . The owner himself took his time and rushed my order . He was so kind and caring . Everything turned out beautifully. This was all done over the phone He even sent pics via text so I could choose and communicated that it was delivered. I had no worries. It felt like I was there to get exactly what I wanted and I was in a different state . The delivery was perfect. Everyone commented on his work and ask where did we order from . This florist is near Magee and Childrens Hospital but serves Pittsburgh. I thanked him but I could tell this is how he operates his business everyday and every Costomer is treated so nicely. I will use this Florist exclusively for my floral and gift needs and youll be happy and well pleased when you do.

I'm not sure if the owner is just senile or if there is a deeper mental issue, but I have never in my life encountered a more unprofessional, angry, jealous business owner. While walking back from the Saturday Morning Market this weekend my girlfriend and I were occasionally pausing to take photos because it was a beautiful day. Her apartment is one building from this florist. Before we entered her apartment we stopped to take a selfie with some flowers she purchased from the market on the sidewalk in front of her building. We were rudely interrupted by the owner of Leone's who decided to COME OUTSIDE his store to yell "YOU BETTER NOT TAKE THAT PICTURE" I responded , "Excuse me?!" He then berated us saying "YOU DIDN'T BUY THOSE FLOWERS HERE, YOU BETTER NOT TAKE THAT PICTURE." We explained that she lived there and that we'd take whatever picture we wanted. He said, "YOU'RE TAKING PICTURES OF MY SHOP!" I explained his shop wasn't in any of the photos and he said "YES IT IS I SAW IT" At this point I'm getting pretty angry. I explained to him he doesn't own the sidewalk and that he'd better shut up and not ever tell myself, my girlfriend, or anyone else what they can and cant do outside of his store. He yelled "NEVER TAKE A PHOTO OF MY SHOP AGAIN OR ELSE!" And stormed off. This all took place in broad daylight in front of other members of the public. I've never encountered a business owner so jealous and rude that he would come outside to berate and threaten random passersby out of jealousy. I confronted him again and he refused to apologize. We weren't loitering or causing a commotion, he just saw we had flowers that we bought down the street. Maybe he should retire if he can't interact with the public. I'm still shaking I'm so angry. UPDATE: TEN MONTHS LATER STILL TOO MUCH OF A COWARD TO RESPOND OR APOLOGIZE. Absolute loser. EDIT TWO YEARS LATER STILL NO APOLOGY. DIRT BAG. Plus all of his replies just blame the customer? LOSER. Hell never acknowledge me because he is a coward who knows he is wrong and an apology would be an admittance that he harasses the local community even when they arent in his store. Wish dude would have dropped the flowers and handled it like a man. Oh well - talks a big game behind his flower bouquets
