Exceptional Service with a Minor Setback I recently had the pleasure of working with Marcel at American Freight to purchase some furniture and a washer and dryer. From the moment I walked in, Marcel provided exceptional assistance, guiding me through the selection process and ensuring I found exactly what I needed within my budget.Marcel's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire transaction. He patiently answered all my questions, provided valuable insights, and made the purchasing experience smooth and hassle-free. I left the store feeling confident in my choices and satisfied with the level of service I received.However, upon receiving the washer and dryer, I encountered an issue with the dryer not functioning properly. While this was undoubtedly disappointing, I understand that such issues can sometimes occur despite the best efforts of the salesperson. Nonetheless, I believe there should be a system in place to ensure that appliances are thoroughly checked before they leave the store to avoid such inconveniences for customers.Despite this minor setback, my overall experience with Marcel and American Freight was positive. Marcel's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and I appreciate his assistance throughout the purchasing process. I would still recommend American Freight to others based on the excellent service provided by Marcel, with the hope that measures will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future.

I just wanted to reach out and say i placed an order on 3/15/24. Was promised a delivery on 3/29/24. It never came and when i called i was told that all deliveries were stopped cause of staffing issues. So the person working the phone that day said they had 2 3rd party companies that would help deliver or if i knew someone with a truck so i could deliver it myself. Upon calling both 3rd party delivery companies one only reached out and said april 2nd i agreed. April 2 came and went only to a text that night saying it would be delayed due to the weather. April 3 around 730pm that 3rd party delivery person texted me and said that American Freight has no record of my order. So i called this store only to find out my order was sealed tagged and waiting for pickup. I then proceeded to go online and rent a uhaul truck for 4/5/24 to pick it up myself. I get there pick it up and see a green tag saying that it was supposed to be delivered on 4/4/24. Noone called on that date. So will i be reimbursed for the uhual since i had to pay for my own delivery?

Very friendly upon entrance to the store. Very knowledgeable of the products. Explained everything regarding payments. Highly recommend American Freight! The staff and products are amazing!
