Annoyed 3 times now. I've gone and made key copies 3 different times now, each from the original key, and none of the copies have worked on my door. Waste of money and now I have to trek back to the store to return the stupid not-working key. Store is clean which is fine I guess. But I just need a new key and they can't do that right.

Me and my 13 year old daughter experience was the worst ever we had to sleep in the car Sunday night because they copied our key wrong mind u guys that was the 4th key they messes up on and if it wasn't by the grace of the lord I found my original key in there key box they have sitting next to key maker I do not recommend getting keys copied ever

I have a disability and can't stand long. I was looking for something for my account and nails and one person would help. She told me to look for them myself. I needed nails. I used to work there 15 yrs ago and I went after I left but something happened and I stopped going bec it needs a remodel, its filthy, no one is nice anymore. Maybe the manager I worked with retired when it got bad. I take a bus to giant eagle almost everyday and I'm right by it and can't even get what I need in there. I go to home depot which is harder for me to get to. I wanted to see if thinks changed. After yrs of not walking in the place again I finally did nothing changed. I will not be back
