Hampton Inn Pittsburgh/Greentree

Pros: Beds were very comfortable, best sleep I've gotten in a while. Breakfast was delicious and open til 10am on weekdays. Front desk staff were nice, quick, and friendly. Location is easy to get to with good parking. Ice/vending machines were good. Cons: The furniture and decor were very outdated. Only one electrical socket on each side of the bed. The TV would sometimes just cut out or not switch channels correctly for no reason. The bathroom sink and shower both leaked water.

Nadine C. was very helpful. We were having difficulty with a third party reservation. Nadine was patient and worked with the third party to correct the issue.

The people at the desk are wonderful, but this location is pretty bad. The room we were in was not great. There was mold in the shower and the sinks didnt drain. The door to the room have very big gaps so light spills in from the hallway as sounds. Mike at the front desk was very sweet and gave us enough points to make up for the night.

We stay here when we have workshops at the diocesan center. It's convenient and makes for a hassle-free commute. Rooms are clean and quiet and staff are very helpful.
