        Jeff is always helpful and full of information. He is very sincere and patient. We left Allstate for a short time due to the rates. With the new rate changes, we were eager to come back. Now we have the great rates with phenomenal customer service.

        Its 9/7/22 and the ID insurance cards on the Allstate app print out as being from 12/7/19 to 6/7/20. This is the last straw with Allstate. They are unresponsive, close claims before collecting relevant information and are very expensive. Shop and stay away from Allstate.
