      We are sorry you feel that way, Christopher. There is a certain protocol that must be followed to remove you from your parent's auto policy. We were not terminating a policy, but removing you as a driver. This protocol is in place for your protection and the protection of the named insureds. We did reply with what was needed to remove you as soon as we knew you had gotten your own coverage. We offered all suggestions possible for you to obtain your proof of coverage from your new carrier outside of your work hours. If you have any further questions, please contact us at 724-378-8540.
