T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

After two poor experiences at the T-Mobile store on McKNIGHT Rd, I thought I'd give the Ohio River Blvd location a try. I did experience some issues with my initial visit here (improper information and chargers/cases added to my account), however, the manager made good on it. I had to edit this review one more time as I just had T-Mobile contact be about an issue that was due to ANOTHER inaccuracy with my account set up by this store. Honesly, not sure if it's a lack of staff education on plans/equipment or if it was intentional to just 'get a sale' - either way, I would go elsewhere at this point.

Kylee was so helpful, I came in with a broken phone. She set me up with a 15 iPhone, so quick and easy. She was very professional and had such good customer service!

This t mobile store was one of the best experiences with purchasing new phones and watches. I was immediately greeted by Edwin the minute I walked through the door. Edwin informed me on all Black Friday deals that day and gave me the best options as far as purchasing between different iPhones. After helping me decide which phones was best for my phone plan he also helped me with Apple Watches as well. All in all the customer service from Edwin was amazing, he helped me save money with Black Friday deals, and he was also ver informative when it came to any questions I had.

Im a business customer who was with Sprint for like four years and then just migrated over to T-Mobile and Ive had trouble paying my bill through the app and I walked in and there was a girl named Kylie and she tried charging me five dollars to pay my bill in store even though I could not on the app which I wasnt willing to pay and she did waive it for me which I was very appreciative of and then I told her I wanted to Take the phone that my son gave me since I upgraded his phone and then get rid of mine and she ended up doing all the password exchanges and changing everything and she took about half an hour and really did a lot of work and she was very helpful in this day and age when people seldom do their jobs. Well, I think she did a very good job , so if youre going to this T-Mobile, I highly recommend dealing with Kylee S
