        The service I have received from a specific representative of the service department is absolutely deplorable. Upon every interaction with this person, my questions are responded to with eye-rolls and condescension. Trying to express my concerns about my vehicle feels pointless due previous instants where they were ignored by this person. As a customer, I just want a smooth, easy experience when having my car serviced, but this employee has made that very difficult every time.

        Not really wanting to drive downtown to see a Mini Countryman that I reviewed on the Internet, I made the trip from Wexford. I am sure glad that I did! Evan was a joy to deal with and after a few days of 'shopping' around, I bought the vehicle on March 26th. This car is much nicer that I ever anticipated and financing was a breeze. Keep up the good (and professional) work, Evan!! - b
