Ralph helped me to solve my problem with my house security system. I had several account questions and problems to be resolved. Employees both in office and over the phone were responsive and thorough.

I have had this system since 1996. Was grandfathered in. I have been unable to get anyone to come out for over 5 years. I believe since Im grandfathered in they are not giving me service. I call make appoints but no one shows. I had one today. I got a message that the tech was stuck in his driveway because it was icy. I had an appointment last week. No one showed. This is a horrible company. Ive asked several times to speak to an owner or a supervisor. No one calls back that has any authority to do anything. Ive contacted BBB and our local news channel.
