I had tape in extensions done at this salon back in September. She did an amazing job and I even went back to have a new set put in and have my extensions redone before I went out of town. However, the second time I visited this salon regarding my extensions, it was a bit of a stressful experience. The owner/stylist had to reschedule a few times to finish fixing the extensions before she could put them in my hair. I understand that it can be a hard and difficult process when it comes to extensions. Therefore she should've informed me a head of time that she needed more time to work on them, instead of changing everything around multiple times. After she put the tape in extensions back in, she had about 10 pieces or so that she still needed to work on. Needless to say, I never heard back from her to come in for the rest of the extensions, they're still in her salon. I tried contacting her a few times (because I needed them done before I went out of town), but I never heard back. I paid a lot for my extensions and to have them installed, not to mention I had to move my schedule around a few times. She mentioned that she was dealing with some illness, and that she'd contact me when she felt better. But again, I heard nothing from her. It's a shame because I was thrilled that I found a salon close to me that I actually liked. But the second time I visited, just honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. A bit unprofessional.

My maid of honor found this salon for my wedding day. My entire bridal party and I all had our hair done here. We had the entire salon to ourselves and they could not have been nicer! Such an amazing experience! I loved my hair and makeup!
