Received fast quality service to repair mid section of the exhaust system. They cut and replaced the bad section saving me the cost of a muffler & tail pipe. I highly recommend them.

Ive been bringing my vehicles to this location to be serviced for YEARS!! I am totally unhappy and not satisfied with the most recent visit!! My car was serviced with front brakes, front rotors, an axle on the right and inspection at the beginning of March. Shortly after, my vehicle is now making a grinding/rubbing noise when I press the brakes, it also squeals when pressing the brakes. I returned my vehicle on a March 26th to hand it looked at. I dropped the vehicle off at 7 am. At 3pm I still hadnt heard anything so I called to inquire about the status and was told that my vehicle was done. I asked what the issue was and was told I dont know. Once I picked my vehicle up, I was told that NOTHING was wrong!!!! I was told that a tech drive if that morning and didnt hear anything. Yet as soon as I get in my car, drive off and press the brakes, I hear the same grinding/rubbing noise!!! Now my concern is something is going on thats going to cause a huge financial problem for me down the line because the issue is not being addressed. I clearly love Monroe as Ive been coming here for years and Will is PHENOMENAL but Im frustrated after this visit!! I hear the noise, my son hears the noise his is it that because they didnt hear a noise they still didnt physically check my vehicle????!!! I paid nearly $2,000 for the early March service, aint no way in hell I should be hearing grinding/rubbing coming from the front of my vehicle!!! Now Im in the position of making the decision to take my vehicle somewhere else to be serviced to locate the issue or wait until its worse to return it to Monroe which could land me in financial woes later. Im pissed!

Will and his team are always super friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Will always come back as long as these guys are there.
