        I used Paintzen for a small painting project where I was given a quote of $1800 in labor for a 2 3 day project. The scope of the project was much less complex than quoted and ended up taking 1 day (1/2 the min time quoted) and I was still charged $1800 in labor which equates to $211 in labor vs the $112 I was quoted. The quote I was given grossly over-estimated the scope of work. Unfortunately, the term quote is completely misleading and is NOT a quote, and is actually a final price regardless of the time it takes to complete or the actual scope of work. The lack of transparency from this company was astounding, and they completely took advantage of me. I hope to prevent the same from happening to others in the future. Service: Interior painting
