Hired zimmaro law for a driving under suspension, charged me 2500 dollars for one court appearance that he waived. Then told me I would need to pay an additional 5000 upfront before he would file any motions or show up to any more hearings . I ended up having to retain another attorney. Did absolutely nothing for my case, set me back actually and costed me 2500

My family and I hired Dave Zimmaro after I were wrongfully accused of a DUI and Child endangerment charges. Walking in to his office the first time I was terrified and had no idea what to expect. After the meeting there was no doubt in my mind that Zimmaro was right for the job. Zimmaro made sure that my family and I knew what was going on every step of the way. He assured me through the whole process that everything was going to be okay. He gathered all the information that he needed to prove my innocence. He made a point to call me before every court date to make sure that I knew what to expect. He was right there next to me at every court proceeding. Myself or my husband were able to reach out to him by phone, text and email and he was very quick to respond. When the trial date came, we had a meeting in his office the day before. Zimmaro went over everything one last time. When it was our turn in front of the judge, Dave did everything he told me he was going to do, and I was found NOT GUILTY on all charges. This was the hardest time in my life and him and his office supported me through the entire process and made me feel like they were truly there for me. Justice prevailed, and I have Dave Zimmaro to thank for it. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
