Update: the package I sent hasnt moved in two weeks, its now lost and Im out $90 because of that girl. The girl with the purple glasses is absolutely miserable and shouldnt be working in any kind of job that is people facing, and shes not just unpleasant in demeanor. I simply wanted to use the tape on the counter since the label from the kiosk wouldnt stick to the box I had, and she took the time to tell me that she didnt have time and couldnt hear me with the nastiest attitude and an eye roll. Her colleague was much more gracious and took the package for me while he was helping another person, which was more than I was asking for. This is my familys local post office and I would hate for others to have to run into her. Avoid that purple rimmed monster at all costs. She also has frizzy hair; if she changes her glasses, I wouldnt want for people to have a run in with her. Though youll know her from her face - she has an expression as though shes smelling something disgusting.

New staff is very rude. A blond lady with purple glasses should not be working there. She treats people with an attitude. She is unpleasant and disrespectful.

USPS employee, Alex, was super helpful and efficient with getting my passport paperwork and photo submitted. Easy to make an appointment and knowledgeable staff!
