I cannot recommend Don and his team enough! New to Pittsburgh, I needed to get a car after over 20 years without one (i.e. I know nothing about cars). He got me in for a last minute appointment to do an inspection of the used car I'd just bought (for which he didn't even charge me). Don walked me through the issues and my options, including the ranges in price. He worked with the company who issued my warranty and convinced them to cover all the things that were wrong, even though technically they only needed to cover half of it. Again, having not had a car in so long, I was overwhelmed and figured anyone would just try to rip me off. But Don and his team are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. If you're looking for quality service with an honest team, you've found it!

Just picked my car up, super friendly staff and I got an A+ diagnosis. They were super honest with their process and costs for repairs, and didn't charge me for diagnosing issues even after me insisting. Will come back!
