Horrible experience, Will never waste my money or time with Kalahari resort's ever again. Literally had to flee from the hotel with my family at 1:00 PM in the morning. Could not sleep with the raging party going on in the room next door. The zero tolerance policy is a joke. And not enforced. Want to post negative zero starts but not possible. When a representative was finally contacted by my wife they told her that's too bad and soo sorry. Will be spending my money with the competition.

I was over this place at check in. It has been my experience, over 60 years. not some times, not usually, every single time I have checked in after the check in time my room is ready. It is the standard of the industry. Not here. They tell you, "check in time is at 4 but your room is not guaranteed or even as a matter of policy does not have to be ready at 4. I haven't even used one amenity but I can tell you, this is unacceptable. So unacceptable I shall dispute the credit card charge and make them my life's work to change their policy. I'll come back here in the 12th if never, and that's a long long time.

Never go to the sandusky resort horrible time my son is autistic and 5 and they had no care he was upset he has low muscle tone and we had to walk a long way three times because they gave us three wrong room bands they would not credit us a night then they gave us someone else's room band it's a joke I called and left msgs on there machines and no one is calling me back when I called and talked to a supervisor the first time she's like im sorry about ur son but there's nothing we can do for u what this company makes millions and u can't grant my son a make up night because u messed up three times and we had to walk for a half hour just to get are stuff in are room very very upset
