I spoke to this man Ray on Monday, March 26, 2024. We made an appointment for Thursday, March 29 between 8:30 and 9:30. I had asked him if it could be any later and he said absolutely not that I needed to be ready at 8:30. I put the information in two different calendars on my phone. So theres no question we had an appointment for which I was ready at 8:30. At 10:30 I decided to try and give him a call and I got a text message saying sorry I am busy today. I was totally shocked and aghast. I planned my whole day around this electrical appointment. I wanted a light installed outside my front doorway. He completely denied ever making an appointment with me. He said I had the wrong person. He said he writes things down. He probably uses invisible ink because we had an appointment And he did not keep it. Nor did he call me and tell me that he would not be able to make it. He was just going to ignore me. There is no doubt in my mind that he will respond to this review with some ugly words, and some accusations, which will be untrue because hes a very defensive man. Hes not reliable, hes not polite, and I would never ever use him! If I could give this review a -10, I would. Jill Fudesco, Pottstown PA. No, Ray. You did not call me on Monday, I called you. And we made an appointment for today, Thursday, 29 February at 8:30 to 9:30 AM. There is no misunderstanding; you just always have to be right!

Ray is very responsive, easy to communicate with, prompt, extremely knowledgeable with electrical issues, fairly priced and personable. He did a great job with converting my stove to gas. Would highly recommend!

Ray and his son installed the Tesla wall connector at my home. They are very professional, meticulous, and knowledgeable about the provided service. I like their "customer satisfaction is important" attitude, they responded quickly with the quote, were reasonable in pricing, outmatched the competitor's price when came to my final decision and worked on the project right away. Totally satisfied with the work. Looking forward for their services in future.
